Privacy
Padel Court Guide collects very little about you, and you can switch it off.
Analytics
We use analytics only to produce aggregate statistics about how the site is used, so we can improve it. UK law (PECR, as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025) allows this without asking first, as long as we explain it and you can opt out easily, so there is no cookie banner. If you turn analytics off, or your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, nothing is loaded. Otherwise we load PostHog (EU servers) to count which pages and booking links are used. We record events such as "booking link clicked" with the venue's name, not who you are. We do not record sessions or build profiles of individual visitors, and we do not use advertising trackers. To opt out, use Analytics settings in the footer and choose Turn off analytics; that also deletes what PostHog stored in your browser. Until the analytics project is switched on, nothing loads at all.
Other storage
The only other thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme choice, in local storage, which never leaves your device. Fonts are served from this site. Our host, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.
If you write to hello@padelcourtguide.co.uk we use your message to reply and to fix the page, and keep it as long as needed for that. We do not share it. To have it deleted, write to the same address.
